Commanche 4 is a chopper flying game that I think everyone will like, I played the demo of it. You can use your mouse to control the direction of flight, ( might I mention it's one of the first flying games I've found that lets the player use the mouse for steering! )

      I hate those games where you run out of keys to assign commands to. In Commanche 4 there aren't "Too Many" controls to assign to keys. ( You Don't Have To Be A Pilot To Play This One! ).
